Scientific Advisory Board

DanStem Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) was formed in 2011.

The overall roles of the SAB are:

  • To monitor the progress and development of the scientific programs,
  • To advice on the strategic direction of the Center,

The SAB meets every second year with DanStem Principal Investigators (PI). During the meeting, the Executive Director, the PIs and DanStem researchers present the main and planned activities and strategic goals of the coming year.
The SAB provides input on the priorities and directions of the research to the Dean and the Managing Director. The SAB report focuses on the overall development of Danstem, ongoing and future research activities, recruitments, training (PhD, postdoc), strategic development,  and center core facilities.
