Job opportunity

The Brickman lab is seeking a an Academic Worker to support duties and assist with independent research projects in the area of Embryonic Stem (ES) Cell differentiation

The job will consist of a combination of support duties and assisting with independent research projects in the area of Embryonic Stem (ES) Cell differentiation. The responsibilities in the laboratory will include the management of the laboratories mouse colony, support and management of mouse ES cell culture for a group of ten scientists, general molecular biology and the organization of our common laboratories stocks and supplies. In addition, a successful applicant would be expected to show initiative in helping to develop research projects with a commitment to read the stem cell literature and attend all meetings and seminars so experience working with ES cells or developmental biology would be desirable.
