Reconstructing human development using single-cell transcriptomics
10 October 2018, 12:15
Dam Auditorium, Mærsk Tower
The group primary goal is to understand the mechanisms controlling cell fate decisions during development and regeneration, with a particular interest in illuminating uniquely human biology.
The Treutlein group uses single cell genomic and transcriptomic data to reconstruct differentiation pathways, lineage hierarchies, and tissue heterogeneity in human organs and organoids, mouse brains and lungs, amphibian appendages, and other fascinating systems.
