Title: Maternal epigenetic control of mammalian development: genomic imprinting and beyond.

Time: 6 June 2018, 12:15

Place: Holst Auditorium

The Bourc'his team, is studying how via their gametes, parents transmit not only their genetic heritage, but epigenetic information that will influence the way in which their offspring’s genes are expressed and, as a result, their physiology. Disturbances to this parental epigenetic memory have serious pathological consequences in terms of development and viability.

All are invited; No registration is needed.
