The Strategic Research Support team is now seeking a highly motivated student for an average of 10 hours per week starting as soon as possible, or upon agreement, for one year with the possibility of extension.

Job description
The student is expected to assist with and support the team in:

  • Managing internal data collection
  • Preparing digital and printed communication material
  • Organizing events
  • Maintaining shared areas
  • Qualifications and qualities

Candidates have to be enrolled in an institution of higher education.

Success in the position requires a high level of reliability and attention-to-detail, a strong work ethic, good organizational skills, a willingness to learn, a service-minded attitude and enjoying a multi-cultural environment. Experience using MS Excel and photo-editing tools is an advantage. The official working language at DanStem is English, therefore good communication skills in English are essential.  

Employment conditions
Employment conditions will be in accordance with the Collective Agreement between the Danish Ministry of Finance and the Organizations of Public Employees –governmental institutions (the OAO-S collective agreement) under HK/STAT. Minimum salary is DKK 124.18 per hour. Your salary will be based on seniority.

Varying working hours is to be expected, but the average working hours is 10 hours per week.
